Pathetic service

The service I received at the Hazeldean branch has been appalling. I took takkies in 6 weeks ago and ask if they could re-glue the soles. I was assured that they could and they "did it all the time."

When I went back a week later to collect them, the takkie pulled away from the sole and was not glued properly. They lady there said that she would send it back.

A week later I went back to collect them, they has tried to re-glue it and in the process had got glue all over the sole and takkie and there are bits of red rubber now glued on the shoe. The sole was still not glued properly and I told them to take it back and clean up the glue and do it properly, which the lady assured me they could do.

I went back a week later and they had tried to stitch the sole onto the takkie! I asked for my money back and was told that the owner would phone me.

One week later and no call, I went in and was told the owner was sick and would phone when she was back.

One week later, still no call. One week later, still no call and I went in. They had now tried to take out the stitching and messed up the soles even futher! I was told they won't give me my money back as the work had already been done. When I asked if this was the standard if their service I got no answer. I asked the lady if she would accept shoes like this, and was laughed at and she shrugged her sholders at me. I have still not received a call from the owner.

If this is the level of your service, I find it disgusting. And the quality if your work is pathetic.
