Lined Jacket missing

<p>On 27 September I dropped off a short sleeve lined back jacket to dry clean. The next day I received a sms to collect. On arrival they apologised for the message sent in error. 30 Sept I received a sms to collect. When I arrive there they loojed everywhere and couldn't find my jacket, said it might still be on the way. 5 Oct I went again. My jacket nowhere to be found. They just pulled up their shoulders. will ask the boss to call me. Today it is 10 Oct my jacket still missing and they pull up their shoulders.</p> <p> </p>
