Lies and lack of tenant care

I was promised a low rental and as soon as a month went by costs that are not on my contract came with the invoice. Then the water bill came in at almost R1000 then they blocked me from buying electricity. I had to end up purchasing electricity of over R1200 to get less than 30 units and I was told by management that I can vacate the residence if I’m not happy Do not apply for housing ,you’ll be ********** ❗️❗️❗️
