I have dealt with a few brewing company and can honestly say that this is one of the best brewing companies that I have to deal with. The product that I purchased was new, not previously used. The items were promptly delivered and in perfect condition. The owner is always willing and obliging to assist and share his knowledge when you hit a wall. Will continue to use them
