Disappointing first experience

we went to Let's Brew for the first time on Saturday late afternoon and will never return due to the following :<br> 1. There was a sigaret bud found in our newly ordered drink - we discovered that as the waitress put down the drink - we were promised that we won't pay for that drink yet we were billed for that drink<br> 2. there was no toilet paper in the ladies<br> 3. They were unable to provide us with a beer glass?!?<br> 4. The manager was notified and chose not to do anything about the matter<br> <br> We spoke to other mates on Sunday and they also had bad experiences there - te the service
