Unprofessional and **********, bad consumer care

This company were supposed to do home improvement, due to bad customer service and empty promises , I decided to cancel contract and we both agreed to that . They promised to refund me my deposit of R40 000 they did not instead they gave me R 10 000 Initially then R 5 000 . to date I'm stil waiting for the rest of the money but now they not answering my calls . Can't go to their offices because they don't have one . So I'm reporting them because I'm tired of them . I did try to be patient with them but now it must end .
