What ever you do ,DO NO let them repair

My expensive Panasonic Microwave stopped working. They are the ONLY people who are allowed to repair (dont buy Panasonic). The long and short of it is they took my money and after two months admitted they couldnt repair it. Its another three months or so and they have STILL not refunded me. To get the accounts dept number you need to be a private detective and to get the manager on the phone you need to be G-d. Spent a fortune on phone-calls, and now require interest payments.<br> Next stop is the SMALL CLAIMS court, Noseweek and the Star Consumer page.<br> Not to mention Panasonic and letmerepair internationally (although I'm sure the general apathy is endemic in the organisation)
