Pathetic Service Delivery!

Before I booked in my pc's i obtained a cost estimate from let me repair, and they mentioned that they have parts for the 2 pc's under query and the repair should not take that long once I book the units in. So I booked in 3 PC's for repairs at the infamous 'LetMeRepair' on the 9/10th January 2018. TO DATE I have not received ANY feedback from them. and when you call the call centre the guy cant give you an eta of when the units will be ready. Sad to say that they one of the preferred HP repair centres.
