Laptop is lost!!

On 23 Feb 2015 my Telkom bought laptop went in for repairs at Let me Repair - George. Their \policy"indicates a return time of +- 14 days. ? phoned several times to enquire about the status of my laptop - also the \""story \""of a part being ordered from overseas.....In the meantime I was also offered a \""rebuilt\"" laptop from Let me Repair"
