Lack of ownership, Pathetic Service Rendered

I have logged a service request on the 26 January as I needed my Lenovo lap top to be fixed, I have purchased it through Telkom who advised me that the repairs are done by Let Me Repair . I spoke to a guy named Rowan Twigg who was helpful and Promised that the device will be picked up in a day or two.
