Beyond my wildest expectations

One of our HP laptops was overheating it could not be used. Sent to LMR in November 2014, received back Jan 2015, still did not work, diagnosed with motherboard error. A replacement laptop was supp**** that far exceeded my wildest expectations, not only a newer machine, but has an x64 operating system installed. We feel so spoilt by LMR made the waiting time insignificant.
