PLEASE BEWARE OF UNREGISTERED AGENTS THAT HAVE NO ETHIC !!!!

Letitron is an unregistered agency. They are not registered with The Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) or SARS . Nicole Zeilinga, Lorraine Le Roux and Celeste Zeilinga are posing as Estate Agents on several property websites including Property24. They are a landlord's biggest nightmare and I urge landlords to please proceed with caution when selecting estate agents and PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I recently worked with them where they have provided ********** ID documents for a rental application on my property. They have allowed a group of non-South African men to view the property. They allowed these men to use a South African woman's Identity document for a rental application on the property. The agent knew that the person whose ID that was used were not the actual tenants that were going to live in my property. She also allowed this group of men to use a **** payslips and a **** bank statement and did not do any validations or reference checks. She allowed these men to sign a lease agreement and handed over keys to the group of men where the South African woman whose ID that was used was never present. She registered these men as tenants on the property and **********ly signed as an owner of the property. These men stayed in the property for 24 days. I have incurred so many additional expenses due to this ********** agents. These men paid first month rent, deposit and lease admin fees. She has ****** the first month rent and called it a placement fee. A placement fee is applicable for a 12 month lease period and since this was a ********** application on both the ******* agent and the tenant. There was no placement and therefore a placement fee does not apply. She has refused to give back the money she stole. She also took R1000 of the deposit for painting and cleaning. She used the developers painter, paint and cleaning service and charged these men R1000. She is a con artist please beware
