Pending Deposit Refund

I moved into a building last year through an agency called Molten Black, my lease was signed with this company. As per the lease, deposit was R4700, but because I had a roommate, so they split it in half (R2350) & gave us 2 different lease contracts.<br> <br> After a couple of months, Molten Black was taken over/ replaced by Letcor Property Management. After leaving my job in September, I notified the company that I would be moving out, they told me that I would need to send them notice 30 days in advance and I would get my deposit back after moving out. I did so beginning of October and moved out end of October 2015. <br> <br> Since then, they ignored my emails and no one was ever around when I called. In December, I eventually got through to someone and they promised to look into it for me and get back to me. They didn't. I started calling them everyday again in January, most days not getting through to anyone, when I did, it was a lady named Christiene telling me that she will follow up with a Charmaine (who deals with deposits) and get back to me. They have been promising me my deposit since February, it is now April and I have been passed on to a gentleman named Tim who is never around. Help
