Meter reading

Hello Peter I stay in one of the building managed by letcor. Tyr building is a mess itself however last year may I realized that they billed us high. When I try to contavt the company thst does the meter reading, the company doesn't exist neither is the contacts. I then directly approach a certain Chris at letcor who promised to look into it. Chris sent me message promising he would look into the matter, he then send me message to say he would ask the meter reader to check me the day he comes. Guess what the meter reader came but never looked for me. I let it slide. To my surprise last month the same thing happened, we are actually billed higher in May and electricity didn't go up as yet. I had to pay more than R400 for electricity something thst has never happen before. I sent him an email he never responded. Asked the body corporate they also looked surprised. Something is wrong somewhere, either they are cheating us through meter readings or the person is not good at it. I approach the municipality and thry Said thry can't intervene because the reader is private abd contracted by the letcor management. Please help us. This people seem to be overcharging us, or.
