Keeping everyone happy

I have been dealing with Letcor Property Management for some time, and I take my hat off to them for trying to keep the Land Lords and tenants mutually happy considering the position they are placed in . Most of the unhappy reviews if you read carefully only tells one side of the story ,but what you do not hear is the short fall of rental which have not been paid and how managing agents have to find ways to collect these arrears so accounts can be paid . Try as a owner to convince the municipality that the account will not be paid in full and see what response you will receive .Then you have the managing agent who have to deal with a number of these issues on a daily basis .So if any one can do it better give it a try .All I can say is thank goodness for the Managing Agent Like Letcor Property Management who goes the extra mile to try and keep everyone happy .
