Falsely retention of rental deposit

Terrible rental agency, after having done a successful inspection with the appointed person from this agency and we agreed that everything is in order, they delayed paying out my deposit and a month later they say they are no longer gonna pay because they are no longer managing the property and the inspection did not check out. what the F###!! They did not return my keys deposit when I have actually returned the keys. I totally recommend that anyone not get mixed up in the rental business with agent **********.
