Worse travel experience. These people don’t know a thing about customer service and treat you like a ********
Please don’t even think Of going to this place They make you feel Like a ********.. my partner and I always carry towels and blankies on our stays and accidentally packed a fleece blanket away The same day we mentioned we had the blankie with us and were willing to pay cash for it however the lodge wanted us to courier back rather. I went to pep courier 3 days later and took economy delivery and the owner responded so badly saying I don’t have humanity and taking the cheaper option and 20 days to deliver when I clearly did not Anyways he made me feel so bad about what I have done and feeling like a ******** after a stay is not one to remember Please do not go here. I even went to leave my plate after eating breakfast the morning there and the staff was saying I’m not allowed I was like what just happened What happened to me trying to help and put my dishes away. I expected a lot more from this establishment. If there was a negative rating I would have chosen. I am so disappointed by the way these people treated me and will not want anyone to visit this place that does not know a thing about customer service. Please be careful before booking this place who does not know anything about service and after client experience. I work in an evnvironment that has 5000 staff members and will make sure that everyone is aware of this very base experience
