The College appointed the service provider to implement learnership , only one payment was made to the provider, when the learnership was completed , provider claim the balance and the College principal confirmed that , some of the balance was paid to another party whom the principal claimed that third party was appointed by the provider by means of deeds of cession. The principal alluded that one of the provider partner submitted that deeds of cession which was instructing the College to pay to that new company and more than 500 000 .00 was paid to that company and the College is not prepared to pay all the balance owing to the service Provider . it is important to note that this learnership was intended to be awarded this partner which the partner did not have the qualification that was supposed to be implemented and the partner approached the service provider to partner in implementing the learnership and that is how the partnership occur. service level agreement was signed between the service provider and the college . as much as there was a deeds of cession but the college continued to seek all the learner statement of results and certificates from the service provider. The Letaba tempered with the service level agreement by removing the pages that were breaking down the payment tranches. Later when already learnership was closed, the college deputy principal then email one page of payment plan .
