Poor service and poor quality

Poor customer service and false misrepresention about the quality.i bought the product last year September and we only start using the air frayer.within a month it was broken.this year in january the pot handler become loose we informed them and they come and collect the pot but when they return it the return without the other side *****. I called them the manager advise that they will come and collect them and its now almost two weeks of driving with my boot full of their product.no phone call no follow up.poor customer service i will never buy their product imagine items that are advertised as life time but they are broken within 6 months.run if you want peace
