This company ******** me! They were my conveyors. The sent me two statements that amounted to about R80 000. Initially they sent R50k for “transfer fees” but I bought a newly built apartment from a developer. I was able to raise it. Weeks later they sent a second statement for the amount of about R30k. We had a back and forth about this and they didn’t give me a clear answer. They sent me a reconciliation for the R50k thinking I forgot about the R30k. I’ve asked for the reconciliation for the R30k and proof of payments but til today they haven’t sent it. They ignore my emails! Mind you, these statements were almost identical!! How do I pay for they same thing twice?
