Keypad faulty

My name is Lucas Maponya from Lufhereng in Soweto. ***

Please assist with an issue we have been having with the Joburg office. We reported a faulty keypad and one of their guys came to collect it and promised to bring it back the following day, which was a Friday. Monday came and we heard nothing from and until we called and called and they came with the same faulty keypad and the back is now no longer closing as it looks like the battery is big. They told us to pay R700 to get a new one and that this one is water damaged, we are disputing that as the guy who cae to collect it was trying to open it in the rain. Why are we now having to pay for such?

Okay, let's say we want to pay the amount so we can buy water, where is the diagnostic report to show a technician was looking at the keypad and the report showing what the issue is?

We have been going back and forth with Njengezeni and he said it's not a problem we must go to Pretoria. We called and spoke to a lady by the name of Kgomotso, she is sending us back to Njengezeni, the very same guy who is not helpful.

We are forced to change to these Lesira meters but we have no support from you guys. This is so not on as we have been without water and you guys are busy sitting there with people like Njengezeni who do not know what they are doing and what processes to follow.
