When will my books come???

I placed an order on the 17th of February! It is now the 26th! My order has not even been dispatched yet! It is not my problem whether you people are backlogged or have alot of orders due to your sale. If you have a sale you need to have adequate staff to keep up with the demand of goods. Otherwise you should not bother selling the goods in the first place. <br> In my order one of the goods I ordered and paid for was sold out and I was told to forward my invoice to you people so I may be refunded for the one book that was sold out. I did this a week ago and was promised response in 2 days. It is now 7 days! I called and got the usual response - you guys are backlogged! What kind of nonsense and inefficiency of service is this? <br> What kind of retailer are you if you cannot respond to the demand of consumers???<br> I was told by a friend to shop at your website as I am an avid book reader and you have the latest books and quick delivery... Disappointed and disgusted on the first order. Rest assured - I NEVER will again. And will never recommend you either. <br> Please send my books as soon as possible!
