Still being billed after how many cancellations

My wife is STILL receiving statements and notifications about about books that needs to be collected and what she has to pay, she has sent I don't know how many requests and also sent Facebook posts to you but STILL she is receiving statements on what she has to pay! She doesn't order or collect anything but she is receiving the statements and when she query's it she always gets a non helpful response and being ignored. FIX THIS ASAP and remove her account immediately as requested multiple times for almost 2 years now. Her membership number is ***6. So s**** the invoices or whatever as it was not picked up and will not be paid for.
