So sad they are closing

I have been a member of Leisure Books for 3 years - it's the first club I joined after I started my own business. The call centre staff are friendly, helpful and give you extra info when you need it. Today I dealt with Tariq Cerff. And he could even tell me if the books I was interested in purchasing was available. Within the hour I received a confirmation email to say which books I ordered and were being processed. I paid my order today that I received last week but Tariq said I could still place a new order. He even said I could email proof of payment though so that my new order would be proccessed quicker because they can see that I've paid for the previous order. Going to miss their great service and I wish the owner(s) and employees all the best. With their awesome attitudes they will get new jobs in a second. Thank you for your years of service. My mom was a memeber too when I was a little girl until after I finished university and then got my own membership... Going to miss the books every month.
