POOR SERVICE AT ITS BEST

been a member of this book club for three years, and for the past year or so their service keeps getting worse I either don't get my orders at all and they keep calling me to pay for things I did not receive, recently I ordered two books its now a month and few weeks and I haven't received my order and I am paying for the courier service, I called to enquire two weeks ago and was shocked to be told that their so called courier company cant locate my address I must have given them a wrong address ,the very same address they delivered my previous orders to. I sent an email 3days ago still no response, called today no help from them I am so fed up with their ****py service they must just cancel my order and while they are at it terminate my membership I am fed up
