Pathetic service or nothing at all...

Ordered books in Aug..got 3 of the 7 and after that only received feedback from Alfonso Louis who had no idea what he was talking about and a Valda Hendrikse...still have no answer and my account is in credit...cannot phone them..either technical problems or busy and they dont reply...you get emails from them on all their specials but no customer services...very poor and pathetic...also no word of giving money back...so are they closed doen...*****ing peoples money or just dont care any more...been a customer for over 20 years...nomore....
