Pathetic service from Leisure books

I've ordered books from Leserskring about 4 months ago. I've emailed them countless times, but received no response. I've stated that I would like a refund but I can't get hold of them. I checked the reviews on their Facebook page and noticed numerous members waiting for their books as well. So they've been taking orders for months and not delivering the books at all.
