Pathetic customer service

Ordered a product last year 10 Aug 2018, after sending numerous emails to be told they are out of stock and I could get a refund. More emails and sending my banking details on 1 Nov and 6 Dec still no response or refund. They rep**** saying they never received my banking details. To date they don’t respond to my emails to ********** and ********** Their new website is pathetic and customer service useless!!! Cannot believe they are still in business!
