Not anymore, thank you!

<p>Since Leserskring / Leisure Books was re-opened with new owners the customer service has gone from bad to worse to non-existing. I have ordered books in September 2016 for my daughter's b-day in November. I had to ask what is going on with my order serveral times before i got a sorry but it is on back order. This answer were given after serveral e-mails were ignored and i phoned them. Well, we played the waiting game again. My daughter's birthday came and went and so did Christmas wiht nothing, dead silence. Again I enquired and after a long period went by I got a answer that my books was delivered. I did receive my order that I placed after the 1st order, not the 1st one, which I pointed out. Again a long wait, then they alledge that it was signed for, no proof given, nothing. The one that was signed for was indeed the 2nd book I ordered and still I am waiting for the 1st order. I strip my cool this morning and cancelled after having membership for 11 years and before that 13 years. The lady just said sorry, did not even want to persuede me to stay, they will send my cancellation as if to say "Good riddense". Well if their customer service are goiong to be non existent like it was with me, they are going to lose a great deal of members, not just me!</p>
