non delivery after payment

I have been for yeard with Leisurebooks and never had a problem. I ordered books via Sms,like i usually do, on the 11/09. I heard nothing from the company and had to send a few mails before i had real feedback. They had my account mixed up with someone else and that person have not paid the last account. It was then sorted and i got a mail that i mus pay 1st before i can get my books. The amount was over R500. And then it will be delivered to me. They are not making use of the same system as a few months ago. I oranised then that if i pay the couriers must deliver it after hours. I did then an electronic payment on the 23/10. I had a mail on the 24th then to confirm then that the couriers will contact me. That was the last communication I had. I have send several mails to about all the addresses and no feedback. The phone number on the website is also out of order now for about 2 weeks. Please advise
