no wonder they have closed down

I am not a member, but took advantage of the sale and placed an order for 22 books on 17 Feb- assured when I phoned that there would be one charge of R60 for delivery however many books I ordered. After I had paid the amount specified, I was told that 2 books no longer available and I would be credited- I am still waiting for information about getting that money back. <br> Two boxes arrived on Wednesday, containing a total of 11 books. According to the invoices, there should have been 13 books -ie 2 were missing. What happened to the other books? <br> There was a handling charge of R60 on one invoice, and R52.50 on the other- I was told only one handling charge per order.<br> No wonder the company has closed down, if this reflects their level of efficiency
