No feedback

on 13 April i notified leserskring that i received an incorrect parcel. i was told to return the parcel on at MY OWN COST, which i told them that they must arrange for their courier to do so. i was also told that my parcel will be send ASAP. after many attempts afterwards for answers and to find out when the incorrect parcel will be collected and my parcel be delivered, i still did not receive any replies at all. my parcel has been paid for on the day i placed my order and this is the service that i am receiving. this is totally unacceptable. i dont want any excuses and want my parcel
