MESSED UP ACCOUNT AND NOT PAYING BACK MONEY

I placed an order on the 12th of Feb.<br> <br> I received NO communication or anything that it was done on an Ebook account, this account was also created in error when they launched their site a year or so ago.<br> <br> I didn't even know you get a difference between the two accounts.<br> <br> I had to call you guys on the 18th to find out what was happening with the order, as no one would contact me.<br> <br> On the phone I asked that a credit card refund be done, the guy speaking confirmed it.<br> <br> Now I had to call again, only to be told I have to send an email and no refund has been process.<br> <br> WHY DID THE FIRST GUY NOT TELL ME THIS!!!<br> <br> I expect to have my refund submitted today and the money in my account today!<br> <br> This has been countless errors on your side and I feel it is very unfair!<br>
