Leserskring wants me to pay for books not received

I have been a member for over 10 years.<br> Last year they sent me a book which I did not receive. (Everyone knows that the postal service was on strike for months) According to Postnet the book was sent back to them.<br> Now they keep on sending me text messages with regards to the outstanding account<br> I have made several calls to them to sort the matter out. I have also sent them the required form saying that I did not receive the book. (They don't monitor their mail boxes)<br> Yesterday I received a text saying I will be listed on ITC.<br> So are they forcing me to pay for something I did not receive, and now they want to destroy my credit record ???<br> I am so frustrated and all my communication with their accounts department has been a waste of time and money.
