Leserskring unfairly catches pensioner

My elderly mother has been a member of Leserskring for 2 years, and dutifully every quarter ordered a book and sc***** together the payment from her limited pension for the purchase that she committed to. She was relieved when her ''duty bound'' quarterly ''must buy'' period finally ended and was looking forward to a long future membership with Leserskring where she would only buy stuff she could really afford and was really interested in. She has a limited pension and needs to be careful how she spends her money. The ''fine print'' was never explained to her. In July her 2 years period ended where she needs to buy every quarter as was explained to her when she joined. <br> It was never mentioned to her that when she does not want to buy a book she needs to inform Leserskring!!
