Leserskring - Books outstanding since May 2018

I have ordered books in May 2018. Yet it has not been delivered! I followed up a few times and the feedback I got was no stock and then I got asked to pay, to which my response was my account is in credit? I have followed up again on 9 December 2018. Just got an automated reply saying someone will attend to this... still waiting. I have been a member since 1992 and have been supporting them even when they closed their doors. Oh, by the way. I wonder if they know their website has been hacked.. Also, if they will respond to this review?
