Leisure Books service poor and non-existent

I've ordered books from Leisure Books on the 8th of August, and paid my account on the 10th of October. No delivery since then. Very Bad service - their telephone lines are out of order for the past 3 weeks now, and they do not reply on your emails. Total of 12 sent to them. Looks like they are in financial trouble, but it's still ***** taking money and no service delivery!
