Leisure Books - No Service

Have been a member for 20+ years. Placed an order late October. Almost a month later got an email to say they no longer have an account facility. It took them a month to decide that they could not give me the order. Made a payment, the order amounted to almost R1 000. Sent them confirmation of payment, which they acknowledged. Wanted to order another book, but wanted clarification on the postage first so I could eft the correct amount....no response! No books received, could not reach them by phone, or via the website. Messaged 18 Dec asking where my order was, no response. Eventually got a response 23 Dec saying my paid order was delayed until Jan '19 because supplier was out of stock, & that the supplier was closed until January. Sent a reminder re my order 22 Jan....have not received any response. They should just refund my money and be done......will no longer order from them. They used to be super efficient and a pleasure to deal with.....sad really!
