Leisure books lying about a credit amount that never materialised!

<p>I'm am just sick and tired Leisure Books, clearly you guys are *****! Last year I was completely done with Leisure Books as according to my knowledge it was shut down. Next thing you know you called me out of the blue saying that you actually owed me a R150 from my previous membership account and I was asked whether I would like to buy with it or if it should be refunded back to my account. I opted to use it for a purchase. But I should've known that you guys were ***** from the onset when the amount that was supposedly due to me never reflected on my account and no e-mail confirmation was ever sent, as promised telephonically, with regards to that amount. Every time I inquired about it you kept on telling that you're waiting for Media24. I eventually ordered a novel last year and I've been waiting for that amount to be deducted from the R284 that was the initial total. Till today you're still not crediting me with the R150 that you ***** promised was due to me! Meaning I was supposed to pay R134! My problem is that why the hell did you mislead me into joining this ****** club by saying I had a credit amount!?! Please fix this mess NOW because there's nowhere on earth I'm going to pay LexMed a ridiculous amount of R400! It's like I'm seriously being conned. Please sort this out and show me proof in writing that the R150 was indeed credited from the initial R284 book!</p>
