Leisure Books / Leserskring - most pathetic customer service ever

Leserskring / Leisure Books are a bunch of ******. I have ordered something in Oct 2018 already. Since then I have emailed and tried calling them. They do not respond to the emails, and every time you phone, the automatic voice tells you to leave a message and they will call your back...…….ja right...…..I am still waiting. If you try and Google alternative contact numbers, it keeps giving the one I am already phoning ( ********** ). What is more strange is that it says Good day, you have phoned Absa It takes 5 minutes complaint line...…..What ??? They are pathetic. By the way, do anyone maybe have a different number I can try and phone?
