I cannot get my books that I ordered

I placed an order for books, which were dispatched on 15/2 in 2 packages. One package was delivered, the other not. I have followed up on 3 occasions with Leisure Books, and every time they tell me that they will follow it up with the courier service. Today, I got fed up and asked for the courier co. nr. so that I can phone them myself to find out what happened to my package. Dawnwing gave me the nr of their agent in Potchefstroom, who does not have my package. The tracking number given to me by Leisure Books is not a valid number with Dawnwing, so I have no way in which to track my package. I am so frustrated with the lack of service from the side of Leisure Books, they just don't care about loyal members who have been with them for years. No wonder they're closing down. My membership nr is ***4.
