Delivery nightmare

I ordered my book of cause after I receive a notification from leisure books that if I do not order for June/July a book will be choose fro me. So i ordered through an SMS number that was provided to me. 19 June the parcel was dispatched. 7th of July i get an sms requesting that i order the next batch of book!!! wait I haven't received the other book???? i called the call centre requesting a tracking number, it turns out parcels under 1kg do not get tracking numbers and that my parcel should have been delivered at the post office. i asked Valda why was it delivered to the post office because all my books have always been couriered to me? if you use the SMS it automatically gets sent to the post office. was there an instructions about the SMS and post? NO. so Valda tells me it sometimes takes six weeks to get the post. Never in my Life have i waited for post for six week. <br> i called today and Belinda says i will be sent a letter to confirm that i did not get the book. that is fine but all of this doesnt make sence to me. There's not communication, no courtesy but when im requested to buy books or if i pay late then suddenly Leisure Books knows how to sms and call me Mam.
