Bad service

I have been a client at Leisure Books for the past 4 years and honestly I do not think I will be for much longer. There service has been so bad for the last year. When I place an order they send me the confirmation email and later the email that says parcel has been send and i will be notified when the parcel is ready for collection. Yet I have to later contact them to find out where the parcel is then only to receive a mail days later stating that the parcel is already ready for collection or the second notification has been send and the latest one was that the parcel has already been send back to them. How on earth am I suppose to know the parcel is ready for collection if i do not get a notification. and if they are notified that the parcel is being send back to them or if they receive the parcel back, why do they not check up on this. <br> I talked to them on Monday about this and told them to resend the parcel, its Wednesday, I haven't hear a thing back. Only an email saying they will contact me shortly...<br> I am very disappointed. <br>
