APPALLED BY LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

I have placed an order on 25 March 2015 for items that was on sale. By 17 April I still have not received my order and I sent an email to Leisure books on the same date. No response was received and I sent another email on 20 April. I received a response on 29 April while I was on leave and they indicated that the items were returned as they had a problem with my address. The address that they had a problem with is not the address that I indicated as the delivery address for this specific parcel. On my return from leave on 5 May I responded to their email and indicated my dismay at their service and provided them with the correct address. I sent a follow-up email on 6 May 2015 and till today have not received any response from the supplier and neither have I received the items that I have ordered. This is not the first time that I had problems with Leisure books and after 8 years of being a Leisure books member I am truly appalled and disgusted by the lack of service delivery.
