Angry and needing her refund client

Good morning I need assistance to retrieve my money from Leisurebooks, I have been a club member (membership number ********** 0 Ms S Hlubi) from more than 10 years. Last year around September or October I ordered some dvd's they were on special and paid on the 10th October via their payment portal an amount of R594.67 and I never received the stuff I ordered or my money back, their phone is never answered or emails returned with a positive feedback. and received an email from: see below but nothing has come through since.
