10 Day Delivery for a Courier Option???

I placed an order online with Leserskring on 29 Jan '15, full payment was made by credit card immediately.<br> I checked online the following day and it stated 'versend'.<br> I expected to receive the parcel the beginning of the following week.<br> <br> I then made an query on the 4th, spoke to a lady who assured me that she was going to check with the courier service and ph me back, that did not happen.<br> I phone Leserskring on the 5th, spoke to Velna, explaining the situation, she made an enquiry and phoned me back saying that the parcel was only handed to the courier service on \today"";which told me the same story she will enquire with the courier and call me back.<br> <br> Id has now been 12 days since I placed the order and I am still struggling to get my parcel.<br> This is terrible service and the 1st time since I've been a member that any parcel took so long to deliver.<br> <br> Why on earth do you choose door-to door delivery that is supposed to take 5 days if it eventaully takes longer than the post office service?<br> """
