Bedbugs and terrible bed condition(Lesego guesthouse hartbee****rt)

I went to visit the guesthouse(the owner is Mr Ngoato) with friends two weeks ago. I didn't sleep because of bedbugs(I saw them and I have so many sores since I was a feast) . When I complained the owner didn't really care. All that was said was are there any medical bills??(Mind you he sent someone else to ask me that irrelevant question) Really now all I wanted was some sort of sympathy, an apology and my refund. Bed bugs are physiologically damaging(serious trauma)

I paid so much to be bitten the whole night and hearing myself every time I turn cause of their loud and uncomfortable bed.
