DO NOT USE LESEDI PROJECTS GARDEN SERVICES

I make use of a company called “Lesedi Projects Garden Service” in Roodepoort at two separate locations. I have literally NEVER seen worst service in my life. They are awfully unreliable and have no interest in client relations. They often skip days with no communication but you still get billed for a full calendar month regardless. They do not respond to account queries to remove the days they often do not pitch up. I have emailed and phoned on a regular basis to no avail.

I have been in touch with the owner Luan from Lesedi Projects Garden Service on multiple occasions regarding the shocking service I receive from them. He recently assured me that they will give me free compost for my lawn and a free month to make up for the extreme lack of service delivery. They did not pitch up for this either. As the owner of Lesedi Projects Garden Service, Luan personally made many empty promises and still did not deliver. Even after the latest ordeal, they still keep skipping days every other week. They do not let you know, or apologize for the lack of delivery. They obviously never delivered on the compost they promised and now the owner Luan does not even respond to text messages or answer the phone. I have tried multiple times to get hold of him to find out what is going on as they now skipped two weeks in a row at both locations again. He simply does not answer the phone. I think it’s safe to assume they are not coming back ever. At this point, I would actually prefer if they never come back.

If you want to pay for a garden service who delivers 50% of the time, then Lesedi Projects Garden Service might be for you. Lesedi Projects Garden Service obviously employee staff who know nothing about basic gardening. I have ****s growing taller than some of the trees in my yard but they do not care enough to even remove them. Seriously not worth the hassle…

I have given them the benefit of the doubt way to many times. I have been very patient but enough is enough. I would rather buy a mower and cut my own grass every couple of weeks. At least this way my garden will be more presentable than it is now.

At this moment, I can’t recommend Lesedi Garden Service to anybody here in the West Rand. You will regret paying them for a service you will never receive.
