WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WORSE THAN BARA!!!!!

<p>From the minute i steeped into the hospital on the 23rd of March 2017 the horror begain. The lady at reception was on a personal call instead of helping the people queing up at her desk. Then the nurses in the ward had no sense of courtesy nor did they have sense of privacy. I mean a ward full of people screaming at the top of your lungs what each patient is there for seriously. Never available to the patients. The bed that was allocated to me had no TV remote or Nurses call button. It had no lights and nothing about it was done. The security who took my phone brought it back hours after my op meaning family memeber could not get hold of me and when they tried to call the main reception their pleas fell on deaf ears. and the cherry on top was the Dr Ngatane who treated me like a second class citizen who was there for rude and condesending. your service delivery is horrible right down to the fact that i waited hours for your patient transport to take me home where your nurses where not to shy to say why didnt you just drive here. i am appalled and will never set foot into your building nor recommend your hospital to friends, family acquintances alike and need i remind word of mouth travels very fast. and to me your facilities need to be shut down.</p>
