very disappointed

i went to lesedi private hospital in September last year when I arraived at the radilogy department I was informed that my medical aid won't cover the procedure but they was other payment option which is cash payment. i then did the procedure and left no 1 told me that the cash payment option was sappose to be settleted the same day n all amounts to be paid in full. I was suprised wen they send me an and saying I must pay +-R1250 wen i called to find out i was informed that my medical aid rejected the bills as they do not cover that procesure the lady at collection/finance department says they charged it on my medical aid because I didn't pay the cash amount n therefore I must pay the +-R1250 that they normally charge the medical my problem is y must I pay the medical aid fee were else I was billed R860 for cash payment?? why claim from my medical aid wen they were told it's not covered obviously it was goin to bounce as it was said it's not covered...who gave them permission to claim on my medical aid as i didn't sign for dat just coz they had my details they use them without my permission.
